    This isn't a marketing gimmick - we stand behind our products. The quality of materials used and precise manufacturing allows us to offer a warranty that doesn't end after two years.
  • Delivery
    To return goods for servicing, you can use one of these methods:
    • Courier collection - there and back: We'll arrange a collection from your address and delivery back after processing.
    • Return label - drop-off at collection point: We'll send you a return label, you take the parcel to the carrier's branch.
    • Your choice: The customer sends goods via any transport company.
    • Personal handover at Fencl branch: The customer delivers and collects goods personally.
  • Repair or replacement
    We solve most problems by repairing the product at our service centre. If repair isn’t possible, we'll replace the product.

How to Claim Fencl® Lifetime Warranty

  1. Contact us
    Send us an email or give us a call - just describe what happened and attach a photo or short video and your invoice.

  2. Problem assessment
    We'll respond quickly and suggest a solution - repair, replacement or next steps. You don't need to fill in any complicated forms.

  3. Transport to us - choose the method that suits you:

    • We'll send a courier to you who will collect the landing net directly from you.

    • We'll send you a return label with which you can take the parcel to a carrier collection point.

    • You can also send the goods yourself, at your own expense, with any transport company.

    • Or visit us personally at our Fencl branch.

  4. Repair or replacement
    We repair most goods at our production facility. If that's not possible, we'll send you a new one. Your name, address, telephone and email details for return shipping and a description of the fault must be included in the parcel.

  5. Delivery back home
    We'll deliver the repaired or replaced landing net back to you by courier free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about lifetime warranty

  • Which products does the lifetime warranty cover?
    Lifetime warranty covers mechanical parts of Fencl® fishing equipment: landing nets, mechanical parts of landing nets, stands, magnetic holders. The only thing not covered by warranty is merchandise - t-shirts and caps - which have standard two-year warranty, and fishing meshes.

  • What if I no longer have proof of purchase?
    We expect you won't keep the invoice your whole life. It's enough to tell us the buyer's name. We will recognise our landing nets.

  • Does warranty apply if the product was mechanically damaged? E.g. if the landing net head got bent?
    Yes, thanks to the quality of materials used, we can guarantee free service even in case of mechanical damage to the landing net.

  • How long does Fencl® warranty service take?
    In most cases we can handle everything within 10 days. The official timeframe for processing a complaint or repair is 30 days, but we do our utmost to get everything sorted as quickly as possible and, above all, in a customer-friendly manner.

How Do I Claim Warranty (In Brief)?

  1. Contact us with a description of the issue (by email or telephone).
  2. Within 24 hours our staff member gets in touch, possibly requests additional information and specifies the shipping method and further procedure.
  3. You send us the product in question - processing speed also depends on when the goods reach us.
  4. After arrival we hand the product to the service workshop (approx. 3 working days).
  5. Subsequently we send the goods back by courier to your home.

Speed of processing mostly depends on when the product gets into our hands - the rest runs swiftly and with maximum care on our part.
